Based on the outline of the model paper, any missing part, MINUS 5 FOR THE GROUP, MINUS 5 FOR THE MEMBER RESPONSIBLE. SURVEYS, STUDIES AND INTERVIEWS WILL BE INSPECTED.

          The individual grades on the paper will come from the group leaders and my grades.

           Group Leaders can remove a member in the group who is not doing his part. Once a member is remove from the group, he  will fail this subject because he will have a grade of Zero in the final grading period. This is an output based class.

3. Follow each other, the whole class. every missing member that you did not follow, minus 2.

4. Seminar on Feb 2. Write a whole yellow pad of the seminar. for more infro, look for President Nacu.

5. Quiz Feb 6: inspection of Tumblr, this is the quiz

   a. those who are ready for inspection, approach me with 1/4 sheet and your estimated grade considering the minuses

   b. only up to letter f is the quiz

   c. the first Ten who approach me will have plus 2 in the grade

   d. those who will not be inspected today will have minus 5

   e. you are 48 in the class, any missing classmate whom you did not follow, minus 2

   f. any other missing item from a to f, minus five.

6. Midterm: all my lessons including the format of the Model TQM Paper

7. Compute MT Grade: ..donation of stars, announcement of Top 10., etc
